Global Tower Partners to Market and
Lease Rooftop Access and Tower Development to Wireless Carriers for Properties
Owned by TA Associates Realty
Addition Enhances GTP’s Growing Master Leased Rooftop Portfolio
BOCA RATON, FL, April 22, 2008 – Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) announced
today it has signed a definitive agreement with TA Associates Realty (“TA”) a
Boston, Massachusetts-based private real estate investment firm, to market and
manage access to more than 400 of their office and industrial properties to
wireless carriers nationwide.

assets in some of the most attractive U.S. markets,” said Marc C. Ganzi, chief

professionals at TA in maximizing the wireless access potential of their real

With the addition of the TA properties, GTP will own, manage and/or master
lease over 10,200 sites throughout the United States, including over 3,300 owned
communications towers.
