Global Tower Partners to Market and Lease Rooftop Access and Tower Development to Wireless Carriers for Properties Owned by Archstone-Smith
Addition Enhances GTP’s Growing Master Leased Rooftop Portfolio
BOCA RATON, FL, July 27, 2007 — Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) announced today it has signed a definitive agreement with Archstone-Smith; an Englewood, Colorado based real estate company, to market and manage access to more than 150 of their residential properties and communities to wireless carriers.

With the addition of the Archstone-Smith properties, GTP will own, manage and/or master lease over 9,372 sites throughout the United States, including over 3,200 owned communications towers.
