Global Tower Partners to Market, Manage and Lease Rooftop Access
to Wireless Carriers for Properties Owned by Behringer Harvard
Addition Enhances GTP’s Growing Master Leased Rooftop Portfolio
BOCA RATON, FL, november 16, 2006 – Global Tower Partners (GTP) announced today it has signed a definitive agreement with Behringer Harvard, a Dallas-based real estate company, to market and manage access to fifty of their office and hotel rooftops to wireless carriers. The agreement includes management of rooftop access to Burnett Plaza, the tallest building in Fort Worth, Texas.
