Global Tower Partners Acquires Tower Portfolio from Hargray
Acquisition Enhances GTP’s Eastern U.S. Footprint
BOCA RATON, FL, December 3, 2007 — Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) today announced the closing of the purchase of twenty-six (26) communications towers from Hargray Holdings, LLC (”Hargray”). Hargray is a diversified telecommunications provider that operates a wireless business in the Savannah BTA covering a population base in excess of one million across the State of South Carolina and parts of Georgia.

After the closing of the Hargray tower acquisition, GTP owns or master leases some 8,900 sites, including 2,539 owned communications towers. RBC Daniels, L.P. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Hargray in the transaction.
