How does the GTP Program work?

As a brief overview, GTP will lease space on the rooftop or ground and market the
owner's property with the goal of a sublease to carriers. GTP has already negotiated
master lease agreements with the carriers and through these relationships GTP will
encourage the carriers to GTP's client's properties. Also, the owner will not need to spend time or legal fees negotiating carrier leases with each carrier. This performed
by GTP at GTP’s expense.

What will the GTP Program cost?

The Program is based on a percent of generated revenues. The Program is 100% performance based.

We have long relationships with the four major carriers and also have done many transactions with other major PCS companies. We are constantly evaluating the market place and new carriers so that we may enter into Master Agreements to carriers to
lease space at our Clients’ properties.
