Will My Property Work?

If you have a tall building with rooftop space or open space on your property, the property will work. Getting a carrier to choose your property over a neighbor’s property is where the GTP Program comes in. Carriers want to avoid new lease negotiations especially with single property owners. Therefore, properties under the GTP leasing program tend to be more successful at acquiring telecom leases.
