Responsibilities: Manage financial and operational metrics reporting for equity sponsors and debt investors focusing on financial and operating metrics relevant to the wireless telecommunications industry; manage the company's capital structure and liquidity; liaise with all sources of external funding (equity and debt providers).

Requirements: A JD or an MBA and five years experience in the job offered or five years managing financial and operational metrics. Experience must include five years in a treasury/portfolio management role within a private equity firm focused on the telecommunications/media industry or a corporate development role within a telecommunications/media company or a combination thereof. Experience must include five years building and interpreting complex quantitative models to support capital raisings (debt and equity) and operational/financial forecasting; three years negotiating and drafting equity-related agreements including shareholder agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements, and debt agreements; and three years leading debt and equity transactions, interpreting senior, securitized and mezannine/subordinated debt and equity agreements, and managing internal and external compliance processes (monthly/quarterly/annual reporting); candidate must have led one budgeting cycle.
