Addition Enhances GTP's Growing Master Leased Telecom Rooftop Portfolio
BOCA RATON, FL - May 17, 2011 - Global Tower Partners ("GTP") announced today it has signed a definitive agreement with Arden Realty, Inc. to market and lease rooftop and in-building access to wireless telecommunications carriers at 156 properties concentrated in the Los Angeles and Chicago markets. GTP will market Arden Realty's rooftops as prospective sites for wireless carriers and fiber providers while managing the existing installations on the rooftops and fiber access routes on the ground.
